Organizations

These are a few of the 'buttons' from Grandma's jewelery box.
Upper left: Redmen
Upper right: Bookbinders
Lower left: Forresters
Lower right: ? trefoil for something?

As you can read this one is the Bookbinders Union button.
Any knowledge about these organizations? post your comments.

Hope you get some good info!

"Daughters" of Pocahontas is the women's part of Redmen.

The blue a silver trebol aroses my curiosity.

I'll try to get some info on the Bookbinders Union.

I'm a slow learner. I now see that there is a spellcheck here!

Hi,

I found the trefoil and star pin on google. It may be a vintage 1960's Girl Scout WORLD ASSOCIATION Trefoil PIN. Your pin could be earlier or later as I do not know how long this design was used.
Love,
Your daughter Gloria

wow i liked the ideal of publishing pins from your mother's jewelry case. My mother also saved a lot of pins. They tell an entire story all by themselves!!
