Mrs. Margaret Sheahan died at St. Mary's hospital at 10:30 a.m. today following an illness of two weeks. She had been a patient at the hospital three days. Death was due to an embolism. Mr. Sheahan died twenty-four years ago. Mrs. Sheahan was a member of St. Patrick's church and the Altar society. Mrs. Sheahan had been housekeeper at St. Patrick's rectory for several years.Surviving are a brother Emmett Sheahan of La Grange and a sister, Mrs. Kate Osborn, Houston, Texas.Funeral Services will be held in Galesburg, the hour to be announced in Monday's issue of the register Mail. For Information friends may call the Foley Mortuary.

E. Sheehan, a witness duly sworn in examined in open court, testified as follows:My name is R. E. Sheehan, I live in La Grange, Illinois. I am a brother of Margaret Sheahan, deceased, who departed this life in Galesburg, Illinois, February 21, 1931, intestate.Margaret Sheahan was a widow at the time of her death.
Her parents many years prior to her death.
Margaret Sheahan left surviving her -
J. B. Sheehan, R. E. Sheehan, and Joseph Sheehan, her brothers, -
Catherine Osborn, her sister, -
Maud Vizzard, her niece, (A daughter of J. W. Sheehan, deceased, brother of Margaret Sheahan, deceased), -
Margaret Vanek and Patricia Sheehan, niece, Dennis Sheehan and George Sheehan, nephews, (Children of Edward Sheehan, deceased, who was a brother of Margaret Sheehan, deceased) - and William Sheehan and Richard James Sheehan, grandnephews, (Sons of William Sheehan, deceased, who was a son of J. W. Sheehan, deceased who was a brother of Margaret Sheahan, deceased).
Margaret Sheahan never had another brother or sister to die leaving children and she never had a child by adoption.
I hereby certify the foregoing to be all the evidence taken and had herein in the matter of the motion to ascertain, determine and declare the heirship of the said Margaret Sheahan, deceased, and the same as is accordingly hereby certified by me this 26th day of February A.D. 1932.- - -
